Everything you need to know about how ReviewLift operates, handles your data, and how to reach us.
Terms of Service
1. Service scope. ReviewLift provides review system setup, messaging guidance, QR code assets, staff scripts, SMS/email templates, and reputation workflow recommendations for local businesses. All deliverables are outlined in the package purchased at the time of order.
2. Compliance. We do not provide, generate, or facilitate fake reviews or incentivised reviews in any form. All review request workflows we build are designed to comply with Google's review policies, FTC guidelines, and applicable local laws. Any implementation by the client must also remain compliant with platform policies.
3. No guarantees. Results vary by industry, business type, timing, staff engagement, and customer volume. ReviewLift does not guarantee specific review counts, star ratings, or search ranking improvements.
4. Payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. ReviewLift does not store your card details. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery. Deliverables are provided within the timeframe specified on the package page, subject to receipt of a completed client intake form. Delays caused by incomplete intake information are the responsibility of the client.
6. Intellectual property. All content, copy, templates, and materials produced by ReviewLift for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Website content, branding, and original copy on reviewlift.pro remain the property of ReviewLift.
7. Limitation of liability. ReviewLift's total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Attica, Greece.
9. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
Data controller. The data controller for personal information collected through reviewlift.pro is ReviewLift, located at Ipirou 4A, Athens, Attica 14235, Greece. You can contact us at contact@reviewlift.pro.
What we collect. When you submit the contact or client intake form, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, Google Business Profile link, business address, and a description of your services and goals. We also automatically collect your IP address, browser user-agent, and the referring URL for security and spam-prevention purposes.
How we use it. We use your information solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry or deliver the service you purchased
- Send you project updates and follow-up communications
- Prevent fraud and abuse of our forms
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage. Form submissions are stored securely on our Hostinger-hosted server as CSV files accessible only to ReviewLift staff. File uploads (logos, brand assets) are stored in a protected directory on the same server.
Third-party processors. We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe may collect and process payment and identity information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
Retention. We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver services and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@reviewlift.pro.
Your rights (GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@reviewlift.pro.
Data transfers. Your data is stored on servers within the EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except where necessary to deliver services (e.g., Stripe payment processing).
Cookie Policy
What we use. ReviewLift uses a minimal set of browser storage mechanisms to make the site function correctly. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Essential session cookie. When you visit the contact or intake form pages, a PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID) is set. This cookie is strictly necessary to pass your form submission securely between pages (CSRF protection). It expires when you close your browser and is never used for tracking.
Preference storage. We use localStorage and sessionStorage (not cookies) to remember:
- Whether you have accepted or declined the cookie notice (
rl_consent) - Your selected package, so the contact form is pre-filled if you navigate away (
rl_pkg) - Whether you have already seen the promotional popup in this session (
rl_promo)
These values remain on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.
No analytics or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising scripts.
Managing cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Declining the cookie notice will prevent us from saving your preferences, but the site will still function.
